The cabinets were packed very well for shipping. The salesperson Carson He was exceptional with communication and assisting the process. She worked outside of normal hours. She sent us photos of the cabinets as they progressed through production. We needed expedited shipping by air with incoterm DDP. After making the advance payment, waiting for the production run, final payment, and stormy weather for flights in Canada, we received our shipment 6 weeks later. The rushed timing worked out for us in the end. For an improvement, we think the mounting brackets have holes drilled too close to the edge (refer to photo) and recommend that this be made better.
